If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before proceeding, and you'll have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual item (packaging revisions, minor cosmetic differences, bundled accessories) — the written specification on the product page is what governs the sale.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it and confirm your payment — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, due to stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud), in which case any payment received will be refunded in full.

We accept payment by bank transfer, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash, as shown at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You're responsible for providing accurate payment and contact details.

Delivery timeframes, coverage, and charges are described in our Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates — and are not guaranteed, particularly for custom-built systems or deliveries to remote areas.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refunds and Returns Policy. Many products also carry a manufacturer's warranty, noted on the relevant product page, which is separate from and in addition to our own return window.
